A cute little diner with an extraordinary feeling.

Originally founded by Taj & Katrina Marshall, a Trini Canadian Family living in Guelph.  We combined the family diner atmosphere with an island feel.  With strong roots in Trinidad we decided to bring the flavour of the islands here for our families to enjoy.  We hope you have a warm and pleasant experience when you dine with us at Rise & Shine Island Flavour
